Sergio is committed to the 805 and this community, donating his precious free time to all his neighborhood constituents, serving on the Boards of the local Boys’ & Girls’ Club, SE Ventura YMCA and Senior Concerns.

Shirley Chen is the one member of 805Title that is not a local by birth but by heart. Born in Hangzhou China, Shirley amassed her real estate acumen during the burgeoning development of China in the '90s. Within a short few years, she was the #1 sales agent in Shanghai, Beijin, and Hangzhou China, Singapore and Hong Kong in her company. When Shirley married, she and her husband followed his job to Southern California, together they started ministries at UCLA, USC, and Pepperdine University. She discovered the 805 while doing these ministries. Her decision to return to real estate arose because she missed the personal interaction and process of creating the perfect match between her clients and their future home. Returning to her storied career, Shirley discovered a place called Westlake Village, with the identical name as a region in Hangzhou. This was meant to be, and another blissful resident of the 805 has found her idyllic home.
